Client Needs Analysis

We work with the residential managing agents to complete risk assessments on blocks of flats. These visits are typically completed annually resulting in a written report within five working days of the visit and an annual presentation on the overall safety & fire findings.

We have over twenty years experience working with residential managing agents. We begin the process by undertaking a gap analysis audit of the residential managing agent’s health & safety management system to identify where they are currently, where they needed to be and identify the correct way forward to ensure their expectations are met.
