Client Profile

Construction contractors can be a Principal Contractor or Contractor managing a building site. These clients can be as diverse as main contractors working on a series of small repetitive construction site tasks right through to being appointed as the Principal Contractor on a school or hospital extension. They manage projects ranging from private to public sector and are involved in projects covered by the construction works definition.

Client Needs Analysis

We work with Contractors to ensure they have allocated sufficient time and resources during the planning process. We assist the Contractor with understanding what their obligations are under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulation 2015 and other health & safety legislation, e.g. asbestos, work at height etc. We assist the Principal Contractor with their duties, completing the Construction Phase Plan and collating the Health & Safety File.
